Elevation Gain: 595 feet      Yearly Elevation Gain: 131788 feet

At the last moment I decided to get out for a short hike, and so stayed close to home.  There was a large group of high school students, from the track and field club, that were all over the park providing volunteer maintenance!  Very nice to see young students learning about how to take care of our parks. 🙂   A very pleasant day in a beautifully forested area.
