Whipple Creek Regional Park Hike

Hike Distance: 5.5 miles      Yearly Hike Distance: 477.7 miles

Elevation Gain: 768 feet      Yearly Elevation Gain: 53303 feet

Saw Dr. Chesnutt and things are looking good! MRI reviewed and looked great!   NO hiking restrictions so planned backpacks and vacations are ON for spring and summer! I see Dr. Kaluza at end of next week and will need to talk about leg lift adjustment. Am so glad the cause of my back pain found and is working!

Trails without gravel very muddy. Wore rain gear but didn’t rain until end of hike. Sweated profusely as a result. Rained buckets at end of hike, though. Spent time cutting ivy and made some progress. Other people have significantly torn ivy away from trees!

I’m now outlining my hike on my phone, while I’m there, in hopes of making a trip report easier for me and faster to post.  The only major effort will be in selecting photos, and post processing, which could still be time consuming.   There will be more information on the hikes but don’t expect the greatest writing style.  That said, I don’t really see many people accessing my site and giving me feedback, so I guess these reports are really for my review and reminiscing.
